Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a small bowl, add the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, gochujang, gochugaru (korean red pepper flakes), garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
Step 2
Cook the noodles with seasoning packet in a pot of boiling water until almost done. Drain and set aside.
Step 3
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
Step 4
Place the shrimp in a single layer and cook until just pink (about 30 seconds per side). Transfer to a bowl

Add another tablespoon of oil to the wok,
Step 6
Add crayfish ,same as shrimp
Step 7
Then add the carrots and mushrooms. Cook stirring often until tender, 2-3 minutes. Add the scallions, kimchi, and bean sprouts, and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the bean sprouts soften.
Step 8
Add the oysters. Add the noodles, soy sauce mixture, and shrimp, and cook, stirring, for 1-2 minutes, until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.
Step 9
Turn off the heat and stir in the sesame seeds.
