Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 clove garlic,smashed
  • 1 teaspoon ginger,minced
  • 3 packets (9 ounces) ramen noodles (spicy shrimp ramen noodles, 3 ounce each)
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 pound shrimp (raw shrimp, peeled and deveined)
  • 4 ounces crayfish (raw, peeled)
  • 8 ounces oysters (raw, shucked,cleaned)
  • 1 cup carrots, diagonally sliced
  • 8 ounce mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups kimchi
  • 248 grams bean sprouts (2 cups)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a small bowl, add the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, gochujang, gochugaru (korean red pepper flakes), garlic, and ginger. Set aside.

  • Step 2: Cook the noodles with seasoning packet in a pot of boiling water until almost done. Drain and set aside.

  • Step 3: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.

  • Step 4: Place the shrimp in a single layer and cook until just pink (about 30 seconds per side). Transfer to a bowl

  • Step 5: Add another tablespoon of oil to the wok,

  • Step 6: Add crayfish ,same as shrimp

  • Step 7: Then add the carrots and mushrooms. Cook stirring often until tender, 2-3 minutes. Add the scallions, kimchi, and bean sprouts, and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until the bean sprouts soften.

  • Step 8: Add the oysters. Add the noodles, soy sauce mixture, and shrimp, and cook, stirring, for 1-2 minutes, until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.

  • Step 9: Turn off the heat and stir in the sesame seeds.
