Step by Step Method
Step 1
Peel and shred the Kohlrabi ( it should be 4 cups after shredding).
Step 2
Peel and shred the carrots.
Step 3
Place the vegetables and all of the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl-mix well and chill at least 30 minutes.
