Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 cups kohlrabi, shredded (peeled)
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • Salt and Pepper, sprinkled
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (can add a bit more if wanted)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Peel and shred the Kohlrabi ( it should be 4 cups after shredding).

  • Step 2: Peel and shred the carrots.

  • Step 3: Place the vegetables and all of the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl-mix well and chill at least 30 minutes.
