Step by Step Method

Step 1

Slice the baguette into thin slices diagonally.

Step 2

Microwave the butter and garlic powder and salt until melted.

Step 3

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 4

Otional; sprinkle the baked crostini with shredded mozzarella cheese and return to oven to melt under broiler heat - best served warm.
