"During my quest to find a way to drink veggies I finally came up with one that actually tastes pretty darn good, because of the addition of a tablespoon of almond butter it's pretty much low fat, you can sub natural peanut butter for the almond butter if you like. I've made it with bluberries, flavor-wise I think raspberries are better and are supposed to aid in weight loss..so they say anyway. This is a healthy drink that's good for you and high in calcium"
