"This recipe goes back years, the mayo is the secret to this recipe it's what locks in all the moisture in the fish, you can use the longer salmon fillets or the thicker cut steaks (with the bone in the middle) I like to use Atlantic salmon fillets, but any salmon will do fine, this can easily be doubled, adjust the salt and pepper amount to taste, these also may be made on the grill placed on a pan."

This is very moist! I used 1 tablespoon lemon juice and found that to be plenty. I reduced the salt since it had Worchestershire sauce which is salty as well. Turned out very good. I was looking for an easy recipe for salmon and this was perfect and delicious. Thanks for sharing!
