Step by Step Method
Step 1
Set oven to 350 degrees F, then grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Step 2
Steam the florets until just fork tender (do not cook until very soft as they will cook more in the oven) allow to drain well on paper towels.
Step 3
In a bowl combine the mayonnaise with sour cream, melted butter, garlic powder, seasoned salt and black pepper; whisk/mix until smooth and well combined.
Step 4
Mix in both onions and shredded cheese, then mix in the broccoli florets.
Step 5
Transfer to baking dish, then sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese.
Step 6
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly
