"This recpe is Kim Churchill's - She typed it out in some forum or in answer to someones request. but never posted it.. I saw it and liked the sound of it so made a copy. I have had it sitting around for a long time and finally got around to making it. It is super good.. Here is what Kim said about it. "A delicious way to make'ole Green Cabbage. Cooked in a foil pouch in your oven, or on the grill.""

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Step 2
Mix the mustard and butter.
Step 3
Paint the butter mixture on each section of the cabbage, paint both cut sides.
Step 4
Season the cabbage with salt & pepper.
Step 5
Tear 4 pieces of foil large enough to cover each slice of cabbage.
Step 6
Place an onion slice in the center of each piece of foil, top with one slice of cabbage.
Step 7
Fold up the foil and seal the cabbage.
Step 8
Bake for 25 minutes.
Step 9
Open foil packages and sprinkle on the caraway seeds.

- $ pieces Tin Foil large enough to wrap around each cabbage piece
