Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 head cabbage (small head, cut in four)
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 4 slices sweet onion (1/2" thick)
  • 2 teaspoons caraway seed

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375.

  • Step 2: Mix the mustard and butter.

  • Step 3: Paint the butter mixture on each section of the cabbage, paint both cut sides.

  • Step 4: Season the cabbage with salt & pepper.

  • Step 5: Tear 4 pieces of foil large enough to cover each slice of cabbage.

  • Step 6: Place an onion slice in the center of each piece of foil, top with one slice of cabbage.

  • Step 7: Fold up the foil and seal the cabbage.

  • Step 8: Bake for 25 minutes.

  • Step 9: Open foil packages and sprinkle on the caraway seeds.
