"This recpe is Kim Churchill's - She typed it out in some forum or in answer to someones request. but never posted it.. I saw it and liked the sound of it so made a copy. I have had it sitting around for a long time and finally got around to making it. It is super good..
Here is what Kim said about it. "A delicious way to make'ole Green Cabbage. Cooked in a foil pouch in your oven, or on the grill.""
Preheat oven to 375.
Mix the mustard and butter.
Paint the butter mixture on each section of the cabbage, paint both cut sides.
Season the cabbage with salt & pepper.
Tear 4 pieces of foil large enough to cover each slice of cabbage.
Place an onion slice in the center of each piece of foil, top with one slice of cabbage.
Fold up the foil and seal the cabbage.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Open foil packages and sprinkle on the caraway seeds.
