Step by Step Method
Step 1
Boil udon noodles and drain.
Step 2
Mince garlic and slice mushrooms.
Step 3
Add butter to pan on medium low heat.
Step 4
Add garlic and sauté for a minute.
Step 5
Add mushrooms and continue sautéing.
Step 6
Add evaporated milk and cream.
Step 7
Once simmering, add curry cubes.
Step 8
Stir through until it melts.
Step 9
If sauce is too thick, add a splash of water.
Step 10
Add Udon noodles and mix until every strand is coated in the sauce.
Step 11
Add green onions and stir.
Step 12
Serve on a plate and top it off with parmesan.
