  • 5 mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 green onion, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 ounces Japanese golden curry (2 cubes)
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 ounces heavy whipping cream
  • 2 ounces parmesan cheese, grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Boil udon noodles and drain.

  • Step 2: Mince garlic and slice mushrooms.

  • Step 3: Add butter to pan on medium low heat.

  • Step 4: Add garlic and sauté for a minute.

  • Step 5: Add mushrooms and continue sautéing.

  • Step 6: Add evaporated milk and cream.

  • Step 7: Once simmering, add curry cubes.

  • Step 8: Stir through until it melts.

  • Step 9: If sauce is too thick, add a splash of water.

  • Step 10: Add Udon noodles and mix until every strand is coated in the sauce.

  • Step 11: Add green onions and stir.

  • Step 12: Serve on a plate and top it off with parmesan.
