Step 3: Add butter to pan on medium low heat.
Step 4: Add garlic and sauté for a minute.
Step 5: Add mushrooms and continue sautéing.
Step 6: Add evaporated milk and cream.
Step 7: Once simmering, add curry cubes.
Step 8: Stir through until it melts.
Step 9: If sauce is too thick, add a splash of water.
Step 10: Add Udon noodles and mix until every strand is coated in the sauce.
Step 11: Add green onions and stir.
Step 12: Serve on a plate and top it off with parmesan.
