Jalapeño - Cheese Stuffed Chicken

Preheat the oven to 400. Place whole jalapeños on a baking dish and bake.
Cut chicken breast in half, you will get 2 thin steaks out of each breast.
Place a strip of cheese down the center of each chicken breast half.
Get the jalapeños out of the oven, cut in halve, scrape the seeds and put one half on top of each cheese slice.
Roll chicken over and secure with toothpicks.
Mix garlic salt, cumin and chili in a small bowl and sprinkle all over the chicken rolls
In a large skillet,slowly brown chicken in olive oil. You want the inside to be cooked and the cheese not to drip.
Discard toothpicks. Serve.
