Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400. Place whole jalapeños on a baking dish and bake.
Step 2: Cut chicken breast in half, you will get 2 thin steaks out of each breast.
Step 3: Place a strip of cheese down the center of each chicken breast half.
Step 4: Get the jalapeños out of the oven, cut in halve, scrape the seeds and put one half on top of each cheese slice.
Step 5: Roll chicken over and secure with toothpicks.
Step 6: Mix garlic salt, cumin and chili in a small bowl and sprinkle all over the chicken rolls
Step 7: In a large skillet,slowly brown chicken in olive oil. You want the inside to be cooked and the cheese not to drip.
Step 8: Discard toothpicks. Serve.
