I had unexpected guests pop in for the weekend and decided to serve this up as I had it tagged for the Amazing race game. I doubled the recipe and served it up in one big dish that we all scooped from. Everyone loved it! This is a quick and easy make ahead dish that will be made again and again here.

You just can't go wrong with this combination. Bowls are so fun to create and people can pick and choose their added ingredients. The stir fried frozen broccoli worked really well. I ended up shredding 3 carrots to make sure everyone had enough to add to their bowls. The teriyaki sauce was great on the chicken. Sticky, yummy goodness. Thanks!

This was such a good lunch! I followed the recipe exactly as directed, but I did my presentation a little different (I put a scoop of rice in the center of my bowl and then put the sauced chicken and mixed veggies next to the rice). Would definitely make again!
