Step 1

Lay the tortilla onto your work surface a coat with the mayonnaise.

Step 2

Top with the cheese, lettuce leaf, meat slices, roasted red pepper strips and sun-dried tomatoes.

Roll up the tortilla and cut in half.

I've been on a wrap binge lately, trying all different kinds of wraps, this is a high 5 star wrap, it's amazing what a little sun dried tomato can do to boost flavor. This is a keeper. Queenbee, thank you for sharing your great wrap recipe!

I have yet to find a wrap that I didn't like - this one is super good! Great for a light evening meal as well as for lunch. Made as posted and loved every bite. I can see endless variations with this one. Thank you Bea, definelety a keeper!
