  • 1 slice provolone cheese (optional)
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 3 slices shaved turkey breast
  • 3 slices shaved ham
  • 3 to 4 thin strips roasted red peppers
  • 1 tablespoon oil-packed sun-dried tomato strips (squeeze out excess oil)
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 1-2 teaspoons Italian salad dressing

How to Make

  • Step 1: Lay the tortilla onto your work surface a coat with the mayonnaise.

  • Step 2: Top with the cheese, lettuce leaf, meat slices, roasted red pepper strips and sun-dried tomatoes.

  • Step 3: Drizzle the salad dressing over the filling.

  • Step 4: Roll up the tortilla and cut in half.

  • Step 5: Serve or wrap up to pack away for your lunch.
