"Light casserole bread that goes very well with spaghetti, lasagna, etc. Whip this up in just a few minutes and then cook your meal. Has a biscuit like texture, my DS loves this one. "

I rarely make homemade bread (except in my ABM) as I'm yeast-phobic w/an arthritic rt hand. I was excited to find your recipe & made it to serve w/a lasagna dinner & game night w/friends. I didn't have a rd casserole & recently broke my pie plate, so I used an old-style oval Pyrex dish. I subbed fine-minced roasted garlic for the garlic powder & brushed the surface w/a bit of butter B4 adding a dusting of Parmesan. Everyone loved this bread & I plan to use your recipe often! Thx for sharing it w/us. :-)

Very easy and tasty. I used a mix of low-fat cheddar and shredded mozzarella. Went great with a bowl of soup. I might add more Italian Seasoning next time. Like the fact that it is healthier, with the Heart Smart Bisquick and low-fat cheeses.
