Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Pam spray a 9x13 casserole.

Put vegetables in casserole dish.

Season lightly to taste.

Bake another 60 minutes adding water as needed, until pork is tender.

Meanwhile, last 30 minutes, cook apples covered with lemon juice and apple juice unti juice is cooked out.

Roughly chop.

Test if you like mustard with apple juice and pork before you add it , you might want to serve mustard on the side.

When juices have cooked down add butter and season to taste.

Let meat rest tented 10 minutes before slicing.

Serve applesauce on side or on top of sliced pork.
