Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place the Bird’s Eye Corn in saucepan (note how perfect each tender kernel is); add butter and onion.
Step 2
Cover and heat until corn is completely thawed.
Step 3
Remove cover and saute about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Sprinkle cornstarch over corn and blend quickly.
Step 5
Add cream or milk gradually, stirring constantly.
Step 6
Continue cooking over low heat until sauce is thickened-about 5 minutes.
Step 7
Add pimento, parsley, and seasonings.
