Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook the potatoes in salted boiling water 20 minutes.
Step 2
Drain saving 1/2 cup water.
Step 3
Add butter and seasoning to taste.
Step 4
Mash, adding milk, cheese and parsley.
Step 5
Add more cheese if needed.
Step 6
Add some potato water if to thick for you; just add enough to make creamy if needed.
Step 7
Check for seasoning.
