Step 1: Cook the potato in salted boiling water 20 minutes
Step 2: Drain saving 1/2 cup water
Step 3: Add butter and seasoning to taste
Step 4: Mash adding milk, cheese and parsley
Step 5: Add more cheese if needed
Step 6: Add some potato water if to thick for you just add enough to make creamy if needed
Step 7: Check for seasoning
