"A gluten free walnut cookie - a favorite of the Gabor sister's family."
Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
In small bowl mix coarsely ground walnuts with brandy and vanilla. Stirto distribute the liquids
In a mixing bowl beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Gradually sift powdered sugar into egg whites, while continuing to beat egg whites.
While still beating gradually add in vinegar.
Gently fold in walnut mixture.
Grease cookie sheet with butter and dust with cornstarch.
Use a tablespoon of dough and form into kisses shape.
Sprinkle with fine ground walnuts.
Bake in over 25 to 30 minutes.
Cookies should be firm and slightly browning.
Remove from oven and place individual cookies on cooling rack.
