A very delicious spread...I cut the recipe in half and it made plenty for me...I served it on tiny slices of toasted glutton free super seeded multi grain bread...you can really taste the lemon juice...next time I think I won't chop the walnut so fine...I think I would like a bit of crunch in the spread...made for "Pick Me" tag game...
