Step by Step Method
Step 1
Saute onions in butter until golden. Set aside.
Step 2
Add chicken to pan. Brown/cook all over turning 15 minutes.
Step 3
Add in 1/2 cup stock, cover with a lid. Simmer chicken 1 hour .
Step 4
In another pan after 45 minutes of cooking, add the stock, rice and herbs. Cover with a lid and cook 15 minutes.
Step 5
Top with chicken and sauted onions. Cover and cook until all stock is absorbed.
Step 6
Sprinkle with paprika.
