Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 yellow onions (minced medium)
  • 3 tablespoons butter (it said chicken gay)
  • 2 pounds chicken legs
  • 2 pounds chicken thighs (4 lbs chicken,legs and thighs)
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 160 grams dry rice (dry, 1 cup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoons minced parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced dill
  • Paprika, dash

How to Make

  • Step 1: Saute onions in butter until golden. Set aside.

  • Step 2: Add chicken to pan. Brown/cook all over turning 15 minutes.

  • Step 3: Add in 1/2 cup stock, cover with a lid. Simmer chicken 1 hour .

  • Step 4: In another pan after 45 minutes of cooking, add the stock, rice and herbs. Cover with a lid and cook 15 minutes.

  • Step 5: Top with chicken and sauted onions. Cover and cook until all stock is absorbed.

  • Step 6: Sprinkle with paprika.
