Step 1: Saute onions in butter until golden. Set aside.
Step 2: Add chicken to pan. Brown/cook all over turning 15 minutes.
Step 3: Add in 1/2 cup stock, cover with a lid. Simmer chicken 1 hour .
Step 4: In another pan after 45 minutes of cooking, add the stock, rice and herbs. Cover with a lid and cook 15 minutes.
Step 5: Top with chicken and sauted onions. Cover and cook until all stock is absorbed.
Step 6: Sprinkle with paprika.
