Cottage cheese isn't really exciting by itself, and this was much healthier and almost as tasty as the way I usually eat it (covered in cinnamon sugar!). I did leave out the radish (never eat) and chives (none in the house), and used dried dill (fresh would have definitely been better). It is tasty and I think you could use this as a good base for a healthy side dish. I would probably go heavy on the dill, maybe even add basil or cilantro if I had it fresh. Not exciting, but will make again. UPDATED: After a day in the fridge, I liked this so much more. I love the cucumber flavor that is throughout this entire dish. Just strain the liquid out first when dishing into serving bowls.
