Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375F. Grease a 1.5 qt. baking dish or an 8x8 inch Pyrex. Set aside.

Step 2

Place cubed cream cheese in large mixing bowl and microwave for about 30-40 seconds, just until soft (not melted).

Step 3

Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and stir to combine. Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan.

Step 4

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned on top. Great with tortilla chips or crackers!

Yum! We had a pupu night with 4 different things. This was the 1st one to go. Easy and good. We had an assortment of dippers including tortilla chips, potato chips, bread cubes, celery, and cauliflower. It surprised me but cauliflower seemed to be the favorite dipper. Thanks for sharing this nice keeper that we will have again.
