Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat the oil in a skillet, add onions, garlic and mushrooms, sprinkle in the oregano, stir fry about 4 minutes

Sprinkle in the worchestershire sauce and stuff the peppers
Step 3
Top off with the sour cream ( cheddar or cottage cheese) and sprinkle with parsley
Step 4
Bake in 350f oven for 25 - 30 minutes
