Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 cherry peppers, tops removed, seeded and membranes removed
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 4 tablespoons sweet onion, finely minced
  • 2 medium mushrooms, finely minced
  • 2 large cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crumbled
  • 8 teaspoons sour cream or 2% cottage cheese, drained or cheddar cheese
  • 4 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat the oil in a skillet, add onions, garlic and mushrooms, sprinkle in the oregano, stir fry about 4 minutes

  • Step 2: Sprinkle in the worchestershire sauce and stuff the peppers

  • Step 3: Top off with the sour cream ( cheddar or cottage cheese) and sprinkle with parsley

  • Step 4: Bake in 350f oven for 25 - 30 minutes
