Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a large saucepan bring the first 5 ingredients (apple cider - cinnamon stick(broken)) to a simmer over medium heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Stir in lemon juice.

Step 3

Ladle into mugs; float butter cube on top of each mug and garnish with cinnamon sticks.
