Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Step 2

In 9x13 casserole. Spray with Pam cooking spray.

Step 3

Add in the pork chops to the pan, then season

Sprinkle with brown sugar then horseradish

Dot with butter, then squeeze the 2 lemons over the top making sure that no seeds are dropped

Step 6

Cover with foil. Bake 60 minutes

Step 7

Uncover, bake 15 minutes more until browned
