Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Step 2: In 9x13 casserole. Spray with Pam cooking spray.
Step 3: Add in the pork chops to the pan, then season
Step 4: Sprinkle with brown sugar then horseradish
Step 5: Dot with butter, then squeeze the 2 lemons over the top making sure that no seeds are dropped
Step 6: Cover with foil. Bake 60 minutes
Step 7: Uncover, bake 15 minutes more until browned
