  • 2 lemons, whole
  • 1/4 cup horseradish sauce
  • 1 teaspoons worcesterhire sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 pounds pork loin chops (bone in)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees

  • Step 2: In 9x13 casserole. Spray with Pam cooking spray.

  • Step 3: Add in the pork chops to the pan, then season

  • Step 4: Sprinkle with brown sugar then horseradish

  • Step 5: Dot with butter, then squeeze the 2 lemons over the top making sure that no seeds are dropped

  • Step 6: Cover with foil. Bake 60 minutes

  • Step 7: Uncover, bake 15 minutes more until browned
