I was a little concerned about how the flavour would be with these potato's, but the honey and mustard complimented each other so well, and gave these potato's an amazing flavour. I followed the recipe as written, and these potato's turned out so well. This is a must try recipe, they tasted wonderful.

This is a great way to prepare potatoes. The honey provided a nice touch to the potatoes and onions. The mustard gave it a nice tone but wasn’t overwhelming, so I recommend not passing on the dry mustard even if you don’t care for it. It really works well in this recipe. And it’s a really simple recipe to prepare and roasts pretty quickly if you use the smallest baby red potatoes you can get and slice them in half. Thanks, TheresaS.

Delish. I was a little concerned that these might be too sweet for us, but was pleasantly surprised how good they were. They weren't all that sweet but had a great caramelized flavor. Thanks for sharing this nice keeper, Teresa. Made for FYC tag.
