Step by Step Method

Step 1

Place cooked pasta with the next 5 ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 2

Whisk together all the ingredients for the dressing. Pour over the other ingredients and toss together well.

So easy to make, we just loved this salad. The only change I made was to use a different pasta also adding some peas, and topping the salad with the parmesan, instead of mixing it in with the pasta ingredients. Everything else was as per the recipe. This recipe makes for a wonderful alternative to the usual creamy pasta salad I make. Sweet and tangy and just so delicious, I really loved the dressing used on this salad. We enjoyed this recipe immensely and will be making it again over summer.
