"Another hominy recipe from Glenna Snow's Cook Book, published in 1936 and 1944 is a true reflection of the depression era and WW2 era when cooks were resourceful. This hominy recipe unlike Hominy Casserole #1 contains no dairy and seems to be intended as a side dish. This recipe does not state measurements or amounts, but these measurements are what I use. I hope you enjoy this. "
