Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350-degrees Fahrenheit.

Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 3
Cream the butter and both sugars together in a large mixing bowl. Beat the eggs one by one, beating well after each addition. Beat in the vanilla and lemon juice.

Sift together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Gradually stir it into the creamed mixture to make a smooth batter. Stir in the oats, chocolate, and walnuts until thoroughly incorporated.

Drop the batter by 2 tablespoonfuls 2-inches apart on the lined baking sheets.

Bake until cooked through in the center and light golden brown, 12 - 15 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
