Step by Step Method
Step 1
Marinade chives in oil for at least 25 minutes

Marinade the herbs in oil
Step 3
Drain the chive oil to skillet
Step 4
Crack eggs on top
Step 5
In between the eggs spoon a little of the mixed herb oil
Step 6
Cook until whites are cooked can baste the eggs if you dont like sunny side up
