The ingredients are:
  • FOR CHIVE OIL
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chives
  • FOR EGGS
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon chives, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon parsley, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon cilantro, minced
  • Salt, dash
  • Pepper, dash

How to Make

  • Step 1: Marinade chives in oil for at least 25 minutes

  • Step 2: Marinade the herbs in oil

  • Step 3: Drain the chive oil to skillet

  • Step 4: Crack eggs on top

  • Step 5: In between the eggs spoon a little of the mixed herb oil

  • Step 6: Cook until whites are cooked can baste the eggs if you dont like sunny side up
