"A great snack I like to make when I have little ones visiting. I serve these up with my Mom's Veggie Dip recipe http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/moms-veggie-dip Make sure you keep an eye on these. The cook time depends on the thickness of the potato slices."

Do again recipe - the end result is a lovely crisp potato chip. We really enjoyed the recipe. I sliced the potato in 1/8" slices. Just did one large potato so I used 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil and still 2 tablespoons of spice - I used adobo (in place of herbs) and served them with salsa. A great side to a sloppy Joe burger Thanks Bea for an enjoyable Saturday night dinner.

YUM! For health reasons, Sweetie has been banned from overly salted premade snacks. These chips will fill that void perfectly! I made them with garlic and Greek seasoning, no additional salt. As mentioned in the notes "watch" these closely as they cook VERY quickly. A wonderful snack which I'll be making again and again. Thanks, Bea!
