"This recipe came from the "Great American Favorite Brand Name Cookbook The book is pretty old but has some great recipes. I happend to grab the wrong cookbook so looked through the recipes I had marked and found this one. If you like fish then this recipe may be one that goes into you keeper file!I It's easy to make and you can add most seasonings that ypu like. There are to ways two ways to make this recipe. Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 dgrees

Step 2

In an 8X 12 inch baking dish ( use glass) combine hot boullion, uncooked rice, and seasonings

Step 3

Baked covered for 10 minutes

Step 4

Top with broccoli, 1/2 of the Frence fried onions, and Parmesan cheese.

Step 5

Stir rice and broccoli

Step 6

Place fillets diagionally down the center of the dish and sprinkle with paprika

Step 7

Bake covered at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

Step 8

Top fish with cheddar cheese and remaining onions

Step 9

Return to oven and bake another 3 mintes or unil cheese is melted

1 package Uncle Ben's rice pillaf (in the orange precooked package (omit the regular rice)

Step 12

Omit the bouillon

Step 13

Use frozen chopped broccoli or frozen mixed vegetables thawed and chopped

Step 14

Italian seasoning if desired (sometimes I leave it out)

Step 15

In the baking dish mix vegetables, Parmesan cheese, and rice

Step 16

Bake covered for 10 minutes at 375 degrees

Step 17

Remove from oven.

Step 18

Lay fish diagonally down dish, cover with foil and bake for 20-25 Minutes or till fish flakes easily.

Step 19

Remove from oven and sprinkle with onions and cheddar cheese (I use a little more cheddar cheese)

Step 20

Return to oven uncovered and bake until cheese is melted.
