Step 1
Place two slices of ham on waxed paper and spread with cream cheese, leaving about a 1/4" border.
Step 2
Place a pickle on top and roll up.
Step 3
Insert toothpicks along the side. The spacing between the toothpicks is up to you. If you want 1/2" slices, space the toothpicks 1/2" apart. I add the toothpicks now because it's less messy than trying to add them after you slice the roll-ups.
Step 4
Slice the roll-ups and refrigerate until ready to serve.
