Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 6 ounces cooked sliced ham (deli ham, I use the rectangular shaped ham)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (or chive & onion cream cheese, softened, The whipped or soft version is easier to spread)
  • 3 to 6 whole dill pickles
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place two slices of ham on waxed paper and spread with cream cheese, leaving about a 1/4" border.

  • Step 2: Place a pickle on top and roll up.

  • Step 3: Insert toothpicks along the side. The spacing between the toothpicks is up to you. If you want 1/2" slices, space the toothpicks 1/2" apart. I add the toothpicks now because it's less messy than trying to add them after you slice the roll-ups.

  • Step 4: Slice the roll-ups and refrigerate until ready to serve.
