Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix the ingredients for the Parmesan Butter and set aside.

Step 2

Mix mayonnaise, finely chopped apples, and walnuts.

Step 3

Put the Parmesan Butter on two of the slices and place, butter-side down, on the griddle; lay a piece of Provolone cheese on top of the bread and add the applie mixture.

Step 4

Top the apple mixture with the ham; place the other slice of bread on top of this.

Step 5

Spread a thin layer of Parmesan Butter on the top bread and place on the grill.
