"A really nice change from your beef or chicken burgers. You may make these burgers with all cod or other firm white fish. I like to top the burger with cucumber slices and tartar sauce. The size of the burger is up to you. The recipe makes 6 average sized burgers or 4 large. I use aburger press to get a firm packed pattie. They BBQ very nicely. For a change serve the pattie with fried peppers, onion & mushroom - no bun"
