Step 1: Chop the fish into small pieces and then pulse in a food processor until coarsely minced
Step 2: Do not over process
Step 3: Mix all the ingredients, except buns, together
Step 4: Form into patties 1/2" thick
Step 5: Fry in lightly oiled skillet for about 3 minutes each side or until cooked through
Step 6: Place a burger on each bun top with tartar sauce and your favorite condiments.
