"Sablefish is also known as Black Alaska Cod. It is the fish that is smoked and so tasty. This recipe is for unsmoked fish. It is very expensive but worth every bite. Lovely flakey texture. It is very rich so you only want 4 ounce servings. This recipe is not only tasty but so attractive to serve The recipes is courtesy of the Coal Point Seafood Co. of Alaska"
