Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, mash the avocado.

Step 2

Drizzle the lime juice over mashed avocado and mix well.

Step 3

Mix in green chiles, tomatoes, green onions, cilantro and garlic.

Step 4

Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well; refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

Step 5

Pour into a bowl and serve.

We had neighbours over for a glass of wine and served this guacamole - You should have heard the raves. They have travelled extensively in Mexico and he kept saying this is the best guacamole he has ever tasted. The whole bowl was devoured in no time. He could not stop enjoying it! Have been trialling recipes for our summer gatherings - when weekend plans changed I made a half recipe just for me. Other than subbing parsley for some of the cilantro I made as posted with excellent results. Love your Guacamole, one could eat this with a spoon. Thank you for your delicous version that will be seeing to repeats.
