Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Step 2
Combine ground pork, crumbs, egg, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and mix thoroughly.

Microwave bacon a couple minutes on waxed paper.

Pat meat mixture to a 10 x 7 inch rectangle.
Step 5
Combine well drained sauerkraut, caraway seeds and onion and spread evenly over meat.
Step 6
Starting with narrow side, roll up meat jelly-roll fashion.
Step 7
Place loaf in shallow baking dish.
Step 8
Arrange bacon slices across top.
Step 9
Bake for 45 minutes or longer if needed.
Step 10
Let rest 5 minutes.
Step 11
Slice into pinwheels.
